Privacy policy

This website has no forms that send data to our own servers: the contact form opens your email client with the message pre-filled. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address and the content of your message (for example, the details of your event or project).

To handle your speaking, training, consulting or press request; to answer your enquiries; and to maintain the communication needed to prepare the requested collaboration.

Pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) to manage your request, and consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for any other communications you request. You may withdraw it at any time.

We do not share your data with third parties. It is only accessed by our email and hosting providers, acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to pedro@pedrodiezma.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (arts. 24 to 32 GDPR). This website is not aimed at children under 14.
